This week I handed out the mock case study, and we discussed some of the issues it raised. This will continue next week, when we will look at the litigation issues, and then sit the case study (2¼ hours).

I shall mark it and return it to you on 19 December.

We will recommence the blog in the new year when we begin contract law.
